Act Overview

The Act module is where plans and meetings turn into concrete work. It bridges the gap between strategic decisions made in committees and day-to-day action tracking, giving everyone a centralized workspace to prepare meetings, execute actions, and monitor progress.

The Plan → Organize → Act → Steer Workflow

Pilotus follows a four-module cycle for strategic management:

  1. Plan — Define strategic orientations, objectives, and actions
  2. Organize — Create committees that oversee plan implementation, schedule meetings, and make decisions
  3. Act — Prepare and run meetings, execute actions on a Kanban board, and track progress
  4. Steer — Monitor overall performance with dashboards and KPIs

The Act module sits at the execution stage — it’s where your organization’s strategic intent becomes daily work.

The Five Tabs

When you open the Act module, you’ll see five tabs:

The Prepare tab is your meeting coordination workspace. Use it to:

  • Schedule and manage meetings
  • Build agendas with discussion items
  • Track attendee participation
  • Coordinate meeting notes

This tab is restricted to Owners and Contributors of committees. Readers cannot access it.

See Prepare for full details.
