My Account
The My Account page lets you manage your personal profile, customize your appearance, configure notification preferences, and manage your organization memberships.
Accessing My Account
Open My Account from:
- The profile icon in the header (desktop)
- The sidebar menu (mobile)
Profile Management
Personal Information
Edit your basic profile details:

| Phone | Contact phone number |
| Your email address (read-only — displayed with a copy button) |

Click edit
Click the edit icon next to your profile information.

Update your details
Modify your first name, last name, or phone number.

Save changes
Click Save to apply your updates, or Cancel to discard.
Avatar Customization
Personalize your profile with a custom avatar color:
- Choose from 8 preset gradient color pairs
- Your avatar displays your initials with the selected gradient background
- The avatar appears throughout the platform (sidebar, comments, activity feeds)
Account Information
Your account page also displays:
- Email address — With a copy-to-clipboard button
- Organization role — Your current role (Admin or Member) shown as a badge
- User ID — Your unique identifier in the system
Organization Management
Viewing Your Organizations
The Organizations section lists all organizations you belong to, highlighting your current active organization.
Switching Organizations
If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch between them:

Find the organization
Locate the organization you want to switch to in the list.

Click “Switch”
A confirmation dialog will appear.

Confirm the switch
The page will reload with the new organization’s context.
Leaving an Organization
You can leave an organization you no longer need to be part of:
- Find the organization in the list
- Click the Leave button
- Confirm your departure
Language Preferences
Toggle your interface language between English and French:
- Click the language toggle to switch
- The change takes effect immediately — the entire interface updates without requiring a page reload
- Your preference is saved to your account and persists across sessions
Email Notifications
Configure how and when you receive email notifications from Pilotus.
A summary of daily activity across your plans and committees.
Settings:
- Enable/Disable — Toggle the daily digest on or off
- Delivery Hour — Choose what hour to receive it (0–23)
- Days of the Week — Select which days to receive the digest (e.g., weekdays only)
At least one day must be selected when the digest is enabled.
A weekly overview of key activity and progress.
Settings:
- Enable/Disable — Toggle the weekly brief on or off
- Delivery Hour — Choose what hour to receive it (0–23)
- Day of the Week — Select which day to receive the brief (Monday through Sunday)
Logging Out
To sign out of Pilotus:
- Open My Account
- Click the Logout button
- Confirm when prompted
You will be returned to the login screen. Your session will be fully cleared.
