My Follow-ups
“My Follow-ups” is your personal action tracker. It aggregates all actions assigned to you across plans and steering groups in one unified view.
Accessing My Follow-ups
Click “My Follow-ups” in the sidebar to open your personal action dashboard.
What You’ll See
My Follow-ups shows:
- All actions assigned to you from any plan or steering group
- Current status of each action
- Due dates and overdue indicators
- Source (which plan or steering group)
- Priority levels
Views
The default view shows a Kanban board with columns for each status:

|---|---|
| Pending | Not yet started |
| In Progress | Currently working on |
| Blocked | Cannot proceed |
| Completed | Finished |
Using the Kanban Board
- Drag and drop cards between columns to change status
- Click a card to see details
- Filter to focus on specific plans or groups
- Sort by due date, priority, or creation date
A traditional table view showing actions in rows:
- Sortable columns - Click headers to sort
- Quick edit - Update status or dates inline
- Selection - Select multiple for bulk actions
- More detail - Better for seeing many actions at once
See actions by due date on a calendar:
- Monthly view of upcoming deadlines
- Click dates to see actions due that day
- Visual overview of your workload
- Quickly spot overdue items

Updating Actions
Changing Status

Kanban Method
Drag the action card to the new status column.

From Action Details
Click the action, then update the status dropdown.

Quick Edit
In list view, click the status cell to change it.
Adding Comments
Actions support threaded discussions:
- Open the action details
- Scroll to the Comments section
- Type your comment
- Click “Post”
Comments are visible to anyone with access to the action.
Filtering Actions
Focus on what matters with filters:
| Filter | Use Case |
|---|---|
| Status | Show only pending, or only in-progress |
| Plan | Actions from a specific plan |
| Steering Group | Actions from a specific group |
| Priority | High-priority only |
| Tags | Specific categories |
| Due Date | Overdue, due this week, etc. |
Combining Filters
Apply multiple filters together:
- “High priority AND Overdue”
- “From Plan X AND In Progress”
Tags
Tags help categorize actions:
Viewing Tags
- Each action can have multiple tags
- Tags appear as colored badges on cards
Filtering by Tag
- Click the filter icon
- Select “Tags”
- Choose one or more tags
- View only matching actions
Managing Tags
Organization admins create and manage available tags. See Organization for details.
Action Details
Click any action to see full details:
- Title and description
- Status and priority
- Assignee and due date
- Source (plan or steering group link)
- Links (orientations, key results, mandates)
- Comments thread
- Activity history
Best Practices
Daily Routine
- Morning - Check My Follow-ups for your day’s priorities
- Work - Update status as you progress
- End of day - Mark completions, note blockers
Staying Organized
- Use filters to focus on one project at a time
- Update statuses promptly to keep others informed
- Add comments when there’s context to share
- Flag blockers immediately so they can be addressed
Managing Overdue Items
When actions are overdue:
- Assess - Is it still needed?
- Update - If continuing, set a new realistic date
- Cancel - If no longer relevant, mark as cancelled
- Communicate - Let stakeholders know about delays

Actions come from different sources:
From Plans
- Created under plan objectives
- Contribute to strategic goals
- Click to navigate to the plan context
From Steering Groups
- Created in meetings or from decisions
- Link back to specific meetings
- Part of governance follow-ups
Finding the Source
Each action shows where it came from:
- A plan icon with plan name, or
- A steering group icon with group name
Click to navigate to the source.
Notifications
Stay informed about your actions:
- New assignments - When someone assigns you an action
- Due soon - Reminder when deadlines approach
- Comments - When someone comments on your actions
- Changes - When details of your actions change
