Reports & Dashboards
Pilotus provides dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and share updates with stakeholders.
The Plan Dashboard
When you open a plan, the Dashboard tab gives you a comprehensive overview through multiple cards:
Plan Progress
The overall plan progress is a weighted calculation:

|---|---|---|
| Indicators (KPIs) | 40% | Average indicator progress |

| Actions | 30% | Percentage of actions completed |

Indicators on the Dashboard
Indicators play a significant role in your plan’s health metrics:

- Each indicator’s progress is calculated as: (current value - baseline) / (final target - baseline)
- The Indicators Breakdown Card shows at-a-glance metrics
- The Plan Integrity Card flags indicators without linked objectives
