Search Tips

Be Specific

More specific queries give better results:

“budget""2024 budget approval"
"meeting""Q1 review meeting"
"action""website redesign action”

Use Key Terms

Search for:

  • Exact titles you remember
  • Unique words from descriptions
  • People’s names
  • Date references

Accents Don’t Matter

The search is accent-insensitive:

  • “réunion” finds “reunion” and vice versa
  • “comité” finds “comite”
  • Works with all French accents

Filtering Results

After searching, you can filter by type:

  • All - Show everything
  • Plans - Only strategic plans
  • Steering Groups - Only committees and groups
  • Actions - Only action items
  • Decisions - Only recorded decisions
