KPI Dashboard

The KPI Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of all performance indicators across your strategic plans. It aggregates indicators from every plan into a single monitoring view with summary cards, mini charts, and detailed history tracking.

Summary Cards

The top of the dashboard displays four key metrics:

CardDescription
Plans with IndicatorsNumber of plans that have defined KPI indicators
Total IndicatorsCount of all indicators across all plans
Average ProgressMean progress percentage across all indicators
At RiskNumber of indicators flagged as at risk of not meeting targets

These cards give you an instant health check of your organization’s strategic performance.

  • Indicator cards for each indicator in that plan, displaying:
    • Indicator name
    • Current progress percentage with a visual progress bar
    • Status badge (color-coded)
